Yesterday, Mark from Arctic Breeze replaced my compressor. He was able to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty so that I only had to pay for labor and shipping on the compressor. This saved me about $500-$600 bucks. He did a great job and was at my house when he said he would be there. In Palm Coast, this is unusual. I would highly recommend Arctic Breeze to not only repair you’re a/c but to have him perform preventative maintenance on it as well. They are knowledgeable, friendly and truly appreciate your business. He actually gave us a thank you card.

I personally want to thank you for the superb service and kindness that you recently provided to me. Approximately three months ago my air conditioner was not working and you cam to my rescue on a Sunday afternoon and temporarily fixed the unit. I was so appreciative to have air during the extremely thrilled with the wonderful job and kindness that you displayed. Never would I leave my home feeling comfortable leaving anyone there without my presence. However, from the wonderful and trustworthy reputation that has been conveyed to me through your personal service and the words of my fellow workers, I felt totally comfortable leaving my residence while you installed the unit.
I am also blessed to have you as my new air conditioning/heating service folks and friends.
I personally will refer you to everyone and anyone who is looking to install or repair an air conditioner and heating system.

Arctic Breeze is the most professional and most honest heating and air conditioning company in Palm Coast. They are prompt and do not overcharge. I have their maintenance twice a year after calling them for a problem--they saved me almost $300 after a competitor that I found in the Penny Saver tried to gouge me. Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion. I highly recommend this company. They are the BEST!!
My A/C at the restaurant suddenly leaked. It leaked a lot unit a whole sheet of ceiling panel broke and fell down. I called Arctic Breeze at almost midnight of Friday. Mark (the owner) answered the phone (at almost midnight! Usually nobody answers emergency call at that time). He and his son came right the next day to fix the leaking problem. They were very professional. He explained to me the cause of the leaking problem and suggested a solution to prevent problem in the future. The total repair cost was under $90! Very reasonable for emergency service! I thought it would be a lot higher. Thank you so much for your quick and professional service. I will recommend Arctic Breeze to everyone I know.

Arctic Breeze gives excellent service. Recently, Katie called to remind me of my semi-annual maintenance services, after not returning a reminder call. The technicians are dressed professionally, and have always arrived on time. Honesty is the most important virtue of Arctic Breeze. They saved me $350+ that another local company was going to charge. They have done it again! This small HVAC company is the best in Flagler County. I have recommended Arctic Breeze to several of my friends. They are the most professional and most honest heating and air conditioning company in Palm Coast. They are prompt and do not overcharge. I have their maintenance twice a year after calling them for a problem. Arctic Breeze charges me less than a neighbor who signed an expensive agreement with a local company. It is very difficult to find service people to show up when you need them. Arctic Breeze has been in Palm Coast for a long time! LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!! I highly recommend them. They are the BEST!!
